GREEN SMOOTHIE.

  

This is my all time favourite smoothie that I could happily drink for the rest of my life. I literally feel like I’m drinking health, and infusing my body with goodness when I drink it – and it’s actually tastes super amazing.

I’ve basically taken inspiration from the best smoothie bar in Byron Bay, and their green smoothie that I can never go past ordering. Thankfully they make it easy for me to make at home, by selling their greens powder. And unlike so many other greens powders I’ve had, this one is seriously delicious.

RECIPE

1/2- 1 frozen banana

1/2 C frozen mango

1/3 cup raw cashews

1 heaped TBS of protein powder (if that’s your thing – I use this one)

1-2 tsp of Bare Blends Bare Greens powder

I personally use a mix of water + plant-based mylk in my smoothies. My favourite for this smoothie PureHarvests CocoQuench. I basically add as much liquid as I’m feeling that day. Less if I want it thicker, or more if I want a more hydrating smoothie.

*TIP* – for smoothies on cooler days, I add warm water to make less “cold to my bones after drinking this”.

Optional – any superfood mushroom supplements are a bonus if your keen.

I suggest you take time, when you can do enjoy this little kick of health outside and take a little moment to be present.
